Optimization of V-belt drives (Gates)
By modernizing V-belt drives, we save the customer up to 10% of electrical energy.
By replacing older types of belt drives with Gates Poly Chain drives, we help not only save energy but also reduce the costs of equipment components and the periodicity of technical maintenance. By replacing belts with Gates Poly Chain and using them with Gates synchronous sprockets, you can enjoy a long-lasting drive that requires minimal maintenance, saving up to 10% of energy. These synchronous belts are adapted to extreme temperatures, resistant to wear, not afraid of heavy loads, and suitable for almost all industrial sectors.
Pump audit (Grundfos)

As certified Grundfos service representatives, we can professionally perform an energy audit of pumps and apply energy-saving solutions. Our service technicians conduct an analysis of the energy consumption of the equipment at the customer’s workplace. We compile a list of operating data and installed pumps, and precisely identify key areas. Based on the data obtained, we provide recommendations to the customer. If the customer decides to replace or upgrade existing pumps, we help choose the most suitable pump system for their needs, based on optimal efficiency, energy, and cost savings. We guarantee the quality of the work performed and provide long-term maintenance.
Energy-saving lubricants (Klüber)
Synthetic lubricants help save up to 5% of energy.
The latest research shows that suitable lubricants can increase energy efficiency by up to 5%. In other words, if the equipment operates at 60% efficiency, this level can be increased to 80% by using high-quality lubricant. Additionally, using synthetic oil extends the service life of bearings and drives, reduces downtime, and lowers overall costs by reducing the need for spare parts.
Our experts conduct equipment analysis, evaluate energy consumption indicators, determine a savings program, and recommend high-quality synthetic, energy-saving lubricants. After replacing them, we perform additional measurements, confirm improvements, and provide reports on saved energy.
