Manufacture of conveyor belts and drive belts
Manufacture of CHIORINO conveyor belts and drive belts according to customer dimensions
We strive for the highest quality. Our experienced team of employees performs the work thoroughly, efficiently and promptly. We stock belts with a variety of surface textures for transporting different products in the food, wood, pharmaceutical, paper, agricultural and other industries. We select the most suitable belt according to the product to be transported and the characteristics of the customer’s work. This allows us to achieve the best performance. We manufacture belts and drive belts at Narvija’s Alytus site.
Different belt materials are available depending on the application and the product to be transported:
- TPU – polyurethane
- PVC – polyvinyl chloride
- Elastomeric
- Silicone
- Non-woven materials
Glossy surface
Rough surface
Matt surface
Surface with longitudinal grooves
TAPES WITH ADDITIONAL ACCESSORIES
Guides, attachments, walls made of special PVC or polyurethane mixtures with different hardnesses. The additives are matched to the surface of the conveyor belts and vulcanised in different ways to guarantee perfect and long-lasting adhesion.
BANDS WITH FLOODED EDGES
Designed to protect the edges of the strips from abrasion and abrasion. Protects the material from being stung by the product being transported. Ensures a longer service life of the tapes and helps to maintain hygiene standards.
PERFORATED BELTS AND STRAPS
- Perforated according to customer requirements and individual drawings. Perforation is required in different cases:
- in vacuum systems – to maintain the position of the product to be conveyed.
- In the food industry, where liquid removal during transport is required.
- for cooling: cooling systems, industrial processes where the transported products need to cool down after processing. Perforation facilitates air flow and provides better cooling.
