TSUBAKI

History

In 1917, Tsubaki started its operations as a manufacturer of bicycle chains. Within 10 years, they shifted their focus to producing chains for industrial purposes. The history of TSUBAKI is rich with changes and significant innovative solutions, emphasizing energy efficiency and innovations in agricultural factories. In 1937, TSUBAKI introduced a complete set of equipment designed for high-volume conveyor production, providing advanced solutions for transfer, sorting, and storage systems that control goods and information, significantly contributing to the operational efficiency of their customers. Starting in 1960 by supplying motion and control mechanical parts for speed reducers, TSUBAKI achieved significant success in the operation of linear drives and coupling power transmission equipment.

TSUBAKI is particularly strong in the automotive industry, having developed a chain drive system that optimizes the performance of automotive engines, reduces their weight, and makes them more environmentally friendly. In this field, TSUBAKI continues to be a global leader.

Environmental Protection

In the production of chains for industrial use, Tsubaki adheres to high Japanese sustainability standards, not only manufacturing chains but also protecting the environment during their usage. The chains are known for their durability – they can last up to 35% longer than chains from other manufacturers, extending their lifespan and contributing to environmental protection. The carefully monitored manufacturing process avoids the use of environmental pollutants such as lead, cadmium, mercury, arsenic, or hexavalent chromium. Tsubaki chain drives feature innovative lubrication solutions, including grooves that trap lubricant at contact points, reducing the frequency of re-lubrication and minimizing the penetration of lubricants into the soil during agricultural processes.
